Jay

The former Verso paper mill in the Rileys area of Jay Maine is now owned by the Pixelle Company. They make a variety of special use papers designed for ink jet printers, food safe packaging, and book and catalog printing. They do not like people taking pictures into the mill area though so you will need to take your pictures from an area where the mill is not visible.

Blow Up	Use the blower to increase draft on the fire and thereby raise the steam pressure in the boiler. If the blower is left on high too long the safety valve will blow off. Thus a person who has been under pressure too long is said to have blown up. Also to quit a job suddenly under such conditions.
